What We Are Looking For

Hard working dedicated and reliable individuals, who really want to make a positive change in the lives of the young people they work with.

  • Clean Driving Licence (6 points or under)

  • Experience of working in a Children’s residential setting (Not Essential)

  • QCF Lvl 3 or similar qualification in Children’s development (QCF lvl 3 mandatory after 6 months)

  • Willingness to learn and develop.

  • Calm under pressure 

  • Able to problem solve. 

  • Work as part of a team and lone working
